  • Order Tracking: Once your parcel is dispatched via our courier partners, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

30-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fit. While we do not offer cash refunds or general product returns, we provide a smooth 30-day exchange policy if you have sizing concerns or receive a damaged item.

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

  • To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original pristine condition.

    • In the original packaging with all product tags, hangtags, and plastic wraps intact.

  • Exchanges are applicable for a different size of the same article or an alternative design of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality checks and secure packaging. In the rare event that your outfit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photographs or a short video of the defect along with your order number.

  3. Our team will arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain strict hygiene and production standards, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-altered, personalized, or custom-stitched garments.

  • Items purchased during clearance flash sales or promotional promotional bundle drops (unless defective upon delivery).
